Enterprise Advisory Board Accompanies the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies – Academic Year 2024–2025
On the morning of December 15, 2024, at the conference room of Campus 1, the meeting of the Enterprise Advisory Board was held with the participation of the university leadership, the staff of the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, the Admissions and Public Relations Center of Lac Hong University, and representatives from long-established businesses in the province and neighboring areas. This was an important event of the academic year 2024–2025, aiming to strengthen the cooperative relationship between the University and enterprises.
The Enterprise Advisory Board includes businesses operating in various fields such as health, languages, economics, and engineering, specifically: Dong Nai General Hospital No.2 Joint Stock Company; Royal Ceramic Group; Dong Nai Corporate Legal Advisory Club; Dao Phat Dat Investment Co., Ltd.; EWA Design & Construction Co., Ltd.; Center for Foreign Languages and Informatics – Eastern International University; Vietnam IOT Software Solutions Co., Ltd.; Chi Thanh E&C Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; E.Z.I Outdoor Co., Ltd.; Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) – Dong Nai Branch; Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) – Dong Nai Branch; Nhan Tai Viet Auditing & Accounting Co., Ltd.; CFA Business Development Co., Ltd.; Saigon Chau Duc Hospital Co., Ltd.; Texchem-Pack Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Q.M.T – JP Plastic Joint Stock Company; Map Pacific Singapore Co., Ltd.; Hoang Dang Food Co., Ltd.; Department of Foreign Affairs of Dong Nai Province.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Vice Rector of Lac Hong University, delivered a keynote speech, stating:
“The mission of the university is to train high-quality human resources to meet the needs of society. By 2030, Lac Hong University aims to become an application-oriented university, with strong determination and aspiration to lead in Vietnam.”
Dr. Lu Phi Nga, Dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, also shared her orientation:
“The role of the Enterprise Advisory Board is to help the university improve training quality, develop academic programs, and define learning outcomes. For enterprises, this is a meaningful activity, contributing to society, developing their businesses, and helping to train high-quality human resources.”
The main purpose of the meeting was to create favorable conditions for enterprises to contribute their opinions and advice to the faculty’s academic programs, helping improve teaching quality and ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills upon graduation. At the same time, it aimed to maintain and strengthen connections between the University and domestic and international businesses, contributing to the development of training, scientific research, and cooperative activities between enterprises and the University.
The Faculty of Postgraduate Studies has consolidated the Enterprise Advisory Board for the academic year 2024–2025. Close collaboration with enterprises not only helps improve training quality but also provides students with practical experience, preparing them to meet the current demands of the labor market.
