Analysis of factors affecting digital transformation at smaill and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province

ABSTRACT:

The main purpose of this study is to point out the factors affecting digital transformation in small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province. The study uses quantitative research methods to measure and evaluate the factors affecting digital transformation in small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province. This study’s results show that there were six factors affecting digital transformation at small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province: the strategy of the enterprise (SE), the digitalization process (DP), Human resources (HR), Production and business process (PBP), Information and data security (IDS), the benefits of digital transformation (BDT), Competitive pressure (CP), Government policies (GP). From there, the author proposed some solutions to promote digital transformation in businesses soon.
