Preserving human resources for eco-tourism development in Dong Nai province

In recent years, ecotourism in Dong Nai Province has grown increasingly strong in scale scale, technical facilities, basic indicators of guests and revenue. However, on a province-wide scale That development has not yet effectively exploited local tourism resources and created tourism products special calendar. There are still inadequacies in management, use and especially in the conservation of human resources for eco-tourism development in the Province. This article focuses on researching the current situation and proposing a solution to preserve humanistic tourism resources, thereby helping to develop a sustainable eco-tourism brand of the Province.
