Department of Anatomy - Physiology - Pathology

The Department of Anatomy - Physiology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Lac Hong University was established with the Faculty of Pharmacy in 2013. The Department's office is in room H401, Pharmacy Campus, Lac Hong University.

The Department is responsible for teaching basic knowledge about human body structure, providing basic knowledge about the normal functions of organs and systems of organs in the body; mechanism of pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of some common diseases in the community for university pharmacist training programs and scientific research.

Teaching objectives:

- The Anatomy module provides basic knowledge about the body and structure of the human body, the relationship between the parts of the body and the relationship of the body with the environment. - The Physiology module provides basic knowledge about the functions of organs, body systems in the body and the environment.

- The Pathophysiology and Immunology module helps students know the changes in the function of cells, tissues, organs when sick and the ability of the body to recognize and remove harmful factors from the body.

- The Pathology module provides students with knowledge of the causes, pathogenesis mechanisms, clinical manifestations, and subclinical investigations of some common diseases in the community.
