Pharmaceutical nanotechnology workshop and signing ceremony for research of Nano Mangiferin

LHU on November 9 in cooperation with Nabiopharma High Technology Co., Ltd. and Nature Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company organized a pharmaceutical nanotechnology workshop and signing ceremony for research of Nano Mangiferin.

Attending the program, on the side of LHU, was A/Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; A/Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Hoa - Programme Consultant; Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh - Dean; Dr. Cao Van Du - Vice Dean, lecturers, alumni and students of the Faculty of Pharmacy. On the side of distinguished guests, there were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Cuu Khoa, former Director of Institute of Chemical Technology, former Director of Institute of Applied Materials Science (Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology); leaders of Nabiopharma High Technology Co., Ltd.; Dr. Ho Thi Nhu Lien - representative of Nature Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; distribution and manufacturing enterprises.

During the workshop, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Cuu Khoa made a presentation report on pharmaceutical materials and pharmaceutical nanotechnology; advantages of applying pharmaceutical nanotechnology to health care products. In addition, Dr. Ho Thi Nhu Lien, representative of Nature Viet Nam Pharma, introduced the role of Mangiferin, Mangiferin extraction technology, products derived from Mangiferin.

The Faculty of Pharmacy, LHU has recently transferred many valuable researches including in-depth research on pharmaceutical nanotechnology. After the signing, lecturers of the Faculty of Pharmacy, LHU will research and develop the preparation of Mangiferin ingredients of Nature Viet Nam Pharma into Nano form for more effective applications.
