Many faculty members have been trained to become experts in 5S, occupational safety, and coordination. Thousands of students have been exposed to these concepts and participated in on-site visits to Japanese enterprises. Those with training in 5S and safety practices are often prioritized by employers and receive more competitive salaries.

  • Students exploring the recruitment needs of participating enterprises

At the event, students had the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from Japanese enterprises; gain insights into recruitment processes, working environments, and Japanese corporate culture; participate in mock interviews; and receive career orientation and expert advice. It was also a valuable occasion for students to expand their professional network and better prepare for their future careers.
