Talk show "Multiple perspectives for Engineers working in Japan"

On March 24 afternoon, LHU cooperated with Esuhai Co., Ltd., a Japanese language training unit to organize a talk show with the topic "Multiple perspectives for Engineers working in Japan" with the participation of more than 200 engineering students of LHU.

Attending the event, the side of LHU included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Van Trung - Director of Center of Admissions and Public Relations; leaders of Faculty of Mechatronics - Electronics, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Food Science and Engineering. Esuhai Company was represented by Mr. Satomura Yusuke - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Esuhai Group, Representative of Japanese Business Association recruiting senior engineers in Vietnam.

The program also saw the presence of former student Doan Thai Son - a member of the winning team of the ABU Robocon 2018, working in Japan for three years from 2019 - 2021 and the final year student - Nguyen Van Bien majoring in Electrical - Electronics Engineering Technology, who will officially come to Japan to work next month.

At the talk show, the speakers shared opportunities, challenges, obstacles and efforts that they have experienced on their road to make a career in the land of cherry blossoms.

Also, they answered all questions related to the working environment; necessary skills; recruitment needs, career opportunities, living expenses, difficulties, ... while working in Japan.

Speaking at the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector said that to prepare and support students to work in Japan after graduation, LHU, for 10 years now, has offered its engineering students free training courses in Japanese language and Japanese corporate culture. Most recently, LHU has cooperated with Esuhai Company, an experienced unit and a reputable bridge specializing in training and sending employees to work at parent companies in Japan. He hoped that it would be a very meaningful luggage, accompanying students towards their ideal future career.
